Owner & Co-Director. Caroline Walters serves as the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach for Cal Poly. Previously she played for the University of Santa Clara and is ranked as one of the top defensive players in West Coast Conference history.

Co-Director. Casey Haniger has coached at Cuesta College and San Luis Obispo High School. Previously, she played for Cal Poly’s indoor and beach volleyball teams as a right side hitter.

Head Coach. Jason Bourchin serves as the Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach for Cal Poly. Previously he served as Sacramento State University’s Assistant Coach and played for the University of the Pacific.

Head Coach. Jessie Borchin played as an outside hitter for Gonzaga University and Sacramento State. She previously coached for the Northern California Volleyball Club in Sacramento.

Assistant Coach. Meredith Phillips joins us from Houston Texas where she played for Texas Elite Volleyball Club. She now serves as Cal Poly’s all-star Middle Blocker.

Assistant Coach. Mia Gladding is a student at Cal Poly majoring in Nutrition with a minor in Exercise and Sports Studies. Previously, she played as a Middle Blocker at Davis High School.

Head Coach. Mitchel Salles has coached for San Luis Obispo High School Women’s JV Team for the past three years and joins us for his second season at 805.

Head Coach. Winston Stearns serves as Cal Poly Women’s Volleyball Director of Operations.

Head Coach. Ali played for USD as an outside hitter where she was a 2 time All-American. She has coached for Coast Volleyball club and SLOCA High School.

Head Coach. Caitlin Suttich grew up in her parent’s volleyball club, OJVA until she made her way to the Central Coast to play at Cal Poly as a defensive specialist.

Assistant Coach. Ella Weinert grew up in San Diego playing beach and indoor volleyball. Her Grandpa was the Head Coach for SDSU.

Head Coach. Mia joins us for her first year at 805. Originally she played club in the Bay Area.

Head Coach. Cami played D1 volleyball in college and has coached for SLO High.

Assistant Coach. Charlotte grew up playing for 805 Elite and is now a 2nd year at Cal Poly. She competed at SLOCA as a Middle Blocker.

Assistant Coach. Natalie is a first year student at Cal Poly and grew up in Santa Clarita, CA playing for Legacy Volleyball Club for 5 years.

Head Coach. Jessica grew up in Alameda playing indoor and beach volleyball throughout high school. She also serves as a team manager for the Cal Poly Women’s Volleyball Team.

Head Coach. Addie is currently Cal Poly’s Assistant Coach and was a two time All-American middle blocker for USD.

Head Coach. Kate grew up in Roseville, CA and is currently a 3rd year at Cal Poly playing as a Middle Blocker for the team.

Head Coach. Annabelle grew up in Sacramento, CA and played for Omni Volleyball Club. She is now a Right Side for Cal Poly Volleyball.

Assistant Coach. Brooklyn played for Wave Volleyball Club and is currently a Setter for Cal Poly Volleyball!

Assistant Coach. Stephanie has played volleyball for 10 years including Varsity level in high school and club teams. She started coaching out of high school, and is going into her 4th year coaching.

Head Coach. Cameron joins us for his first season at 805. Previously he coached the SJSU Women’s Club Volleyball team ad played for NCVC.

Assistant Coach. Miya is a 2nd year student at Cal Poly who grew up playing volleyball as a Right Side/ Setter in Sacramento, CA

Assistant Coach. Harry is the president of Cal Poly Men’s Volleyball Club, a commentator for ESPN, and assists the Cal Poly Women’s Volleyball Team.

Assistant Coach. Emme is Cal Poly’s All-Big West Honorable Mention setter for her Freshman Setter. She grew up in Wisconsin and will be coaching her first year of travel.

Assistant Coach. Kirra grew up playing for Encore Volleyball Club and plays for Cal Poly as a Middle Blocker.

Assistant Coach. Amy joins us for her first year of coaching at 805Elite after competing in four seasons with Cal Poly Volleyball as a outside hitter.

Assistant Coach. Lizzy joins us in her second year coaching at 805 and currently plays for Cal Poly Volleyball as an outside hitter.
